2023 – October part 3

hey there,

We spent the next day taking a trip to see Gramps. It was good to see him and catch up a little bit.

The following day we took our regular yearly trip to Papa’s Pumpkin Patch. Man, prices have risen a lot. When we first started going here the pumpkins were all $4 or less (and this was in 2018), and then that raised to $6 by 2020, but today? The prices for the largest pumpkins are now $12. Ouch. We visited but didn’t buy any pumpkins.

What else? I took a photo of the car under a tree that was turning all red because they kind of matched.

We were able to go to an unveiling of a new Max type. Due to this, the kids were able to sit up front where the operator usually rides. Luca loved it, he considered it his train ride. The kids were also able to get some gear like, t-shirts, cookies, and posters. They had fun, even if it was a bit stressful for the parents.

Then we took a trip over to St. Helens for our annual visit to Halloweentown (based on some 90’s Disney by the same name which was filmed locally).

I leave with a quote from a character in said movie.
