how is everyone?

I’m doing pretty well.. I can’t complain.

Yankees won today 🙂

I’m getting settled into my place here in Mesa with Lori and her extra bedroom that she has… its been good (yes also hot) so far.  So the other day I was watching TV, when I looked over to Lori and said something to her, waiting for a reply I didn’t hear anything – infact I peered over and to my surpirse she was sleeping.

Poor Lori, she has been so tired – and always on the run.

So on Saturday I returned to Central.  People from Oregon were wondering what the inside looked like.. so I tried to snap a picture, but it didn’t turn out well.

You still get the general feel of the sanctuary.

I return and what does Central talk about?  Pretty much about missional work, I was thinking how fitting it was.

I met Brandy 🙂  She tried to pull something by coming up and attempting at shaking my hand and then walking away… still has me confused to this day 😉  At Least she liked my Ushering job.  Thats right.. for now on you can call me—- USHER.  Okay maybe not.

Sunday night I went out to eat, then talked to Becky for a while.  Got to catch up…

I still haven’t seen Tara, that to me is crazy above all.

Anyway.  So today I’m not doing anything.. just sitting around the house.  Yesterday in the Mavs series… the Mavs won again 🙂  I checked my online posting a year ago and at this time 1 year ago Suns were down 3-0 to the Spurs, now they are down 2-1 😉  still good either way.

Crazy event of the week:

Saturday night after church I went out to get groceries.  (Yes crazy I know, but that’s not the crazy part so hold on)  I went to Bashas in my old neighborhood, then went to Fry’s to finish up the shopping.  As I entered in I saw my ex.  I was so surprised I got weak in the knees. haha.. not the person I was expecting to see.  So I kind of paced up and down a few isles trying to regain my thoughts.  It blew my mind.. so I looked again.  Sure enough it was.. Lori- with Ryan and.. 1 kid.. no..  now 2.  I assume they got back together and had another kid.  I was going to mosey on over and ask how they were, so I walked over to where they were at and Ryan stopped and looked at me, then continued to do what he was doing.  Then Lori looked at me – made eye contact for a few seconds, then just walked on by not saying anything.

Burrrrn.

I didn’t feel so great haha, I was like – oh that’s what it feels like to be burned.  Ah well.  God is Good – All the Time 🙂  I was just wondering how they were, but oh well.

So then I went to check out and saw Dustin’s old friend (a very very old friend of mine) and got his phone number.  Hopefully I’ll have a chance to catch up with him soon.

That was the events for those days.
