Tulip Festival
Hey there,
Each year, we try to go to a tulip festival, either here in Oregon or on a trip to Washington (with some really amazing ones up north).
This year (like last), we got an invite from the school to go at a discounted rate on a day they do a ‘field trip.’
The only difference this year is that Ara will not be joining us, as not only do they have this trip planned, but her school has also scheduled her Outdoor school for the same week. Bugger.
So this year it was the boys and us, as you will see, the girl is absent from the photos below.

Much like I mentioned in some earlier posts this month, the weather has been fantastic. Cooler than normal. Typically, on the day they pick, it starts warm, then we might get a cold rain/wind from an April Shower. This year? Spotted clouds the entire time, with temps in the 60s. I couldn’t ask for better.

We got in quite a few photos with the boys. It was nice.
I enjoy spending time with them, more so when they’re listening. Elijah was really trying to step up and help out with the two youngins, and it was impressive. Even got a good photo with just him and me at an overlook.
