2023 – November part 1

hey there.

Happy November.

The leaves are changing, and we are getting into that cool/rainy time of year.

It is one of the best times of the year. We took our trip to the Portland Japanese Garden and checked out the recently changed leaves. This year was a totally different experience from last year, yet we went at nearly the same time of year.

These pictures don’t even do it justice. Anyway, when in Portland in fall, definitely make visit here. We plan to visit in the spring as well but haven’t as of yet.

What else? hmm

We have had the normal doctor appointments coming up as the day draws near. The date is set for the 22nd, but it’s a matter of if the baby will come sooner or not… time will tell.

One evening we went to the local outlet mall and picked up some new shoes for the kids. They ended up being cheaper than shoes you could buy at Wal-Mart, and these were Vans and Adidas and those kinds of brands. I think it’s a good deal, especially since Walmart and others are so expensive to get even cheap shoes.

During the Sunday morning appointments, I have been taking the kids to charge the car, and one of the chargers is at Kohls. They had a huge dinosaur for people to take photos with, and maybe buy. The dino costs a cool $700. Yikes! That will not be happening. Our costs? As you may have noticed are on the cheaper side. We even had dinner at Costco. A hotdog and a drink for 1.50? That’s a good deal.

Until next time

just Pray
