Sailing Camp!

Hi!

Thank you so much for reading my letter! I’m really excited because this summer I get to go to my very first real summer camp. And not just any camp it’s a SAILING camp, where I’ll get to learn how to be on sailboats for the very first time! I can’t wait to learn how to steer, feel the wind push the boat, and spend time on the water. It feels like a big adventure, and I’ve never done anything like this before.

I’ve been working really hard to raise money so I can go, and I’m almost at my goal! I only need $175 more, plus help with some of the important gear I need for sailing. Some of it is pretty expensive, like special shoes, safety items, and things to keep me warm and dry on the boat. My family is helping me as much as they can, and I’m doing my best too.
