Hey

so I know this won’t come as a surprise to most of you.. but it did to me.

I always found the Evanescence song Lacrymosa familiar.  I don’t know why.  It just has always sounded familiar to me.  It happens right?  Yep.

So then tonight as the story has it, I was going through my classical section in my music library.  I came across Mozart song, Lacrymosa dies illa from Requiem.  You won’t believe it.. its the Evanescence song, well.. its the Mozart song that she re-did with lyrics.

Something that is probably common knowledge, but not to me.  I didn’t really believe myself until I went and listened to them both haha.

Anyway.  Work this week has been going pretty quickly.. smoothly so far.  It seems now our production is a bit less because there are so many other things going on… instead of being in our office like we were before.  Now we are out for everyone to ask questions and all that goes along with it.  Fun times..

Random thought: Why do some people say “I fall in love too quickly”

Being with someone for a few days or weeks, then just like a blade of grass it appears- but just as quickly is it taken.  I think it is the fact that we pass out the word of Love more than we say like.  I think Love has lost much of its power it once had.  This is one primary reason you don’t typically hear me use it…

We are quick to say we love a movie, sport, team, car, book, (insert here)– I too am guilty of such.

What exactly is love?

Love – a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person. (Affection – fond attachment, devotion)

Agape (love in greek) has a few meanings

1.the love of God or Christ for humankind.

2.the love of Christians for other persons, corresponding to the love of God for humankind.

3.unselfish love of one person for another without sexual implications; brotherly love.

I just find it interesting.  Maybe we should all be a bit more careful of what we say, or how we say it.  I know far too many people who will be sure to tell me they fell in love so quickly.  I think it starts out more like Lust.

Lust is define as..

1.intense sexual desire or appetite.

2.uncontrolled or illicit sexual desire or appetite; lecherousness.

3.a passionate or overmastering desire or craving (usually fol. by for): a lust for power.

…..a.pleasure or delight.

…..b.desire; inclination; wish.

……to have a yearning or desire; have a strong or excessive craving (often fol. by for or after).

I digress.  Just a thought….

That is all I have for now.

just Pray.
