Hey

So I was very excited about Suns losing when I posted, and was so basketball minded I forgot to mention

Yankees won!! 12-3

They are playing right now.. so I’ll update later with who won..

We finally got a new cable modem!! So I shouldn’t be getting disconnected – and the internet is like 10 times quicker now that we have a better modem. It was frustrating having to go and reset the modem every 20 minutes… as you can imagine.

By the way.. on the Suns… the coach for the Suns before game 2 said that he thought it would be ‘next to impossible’ to come back if they went down 2-0. Lets talk about smarts right now. If you are a coach, you don’t say that. He is right – but for the morale of the team, and being a coach you don’t want to put that out there. Its not over until the first team wins 4 games. Yankees had a bad collapse last year that I’m sure everyone will remember, and they were up 3 – 0 games about to clinch the 4th .. leading into the final innings.. and we ended up losing the series.

And you can’t let your guard down. Blazers in the 2000 playoffs were down 2-0 to the Lakers, they came back and tied it at 3-3, leading by like 18 heading into the fourth quarter suffered a big collapse. So all this said and done.. it leads to a conclusion : Its not over until its over.

Next Paragraph is ALLL Basketball.. So you might be lost.. if you don’t follow it.

The layout: Suns have the firepower to win the games. Spurs have the discipline to win and the talent, and they’ve proved it twice so far. The Spurs have been getting key additions from all role players. Even star players have been taking it to another notch. Tony Parker has been playing great, Ginobili has came out with his A game. I can’t find fault in the Spurs except to say that they miss out on Technical foul shots free throws in general. If Duncan would step his game up a little more they would dominate all 48 minutes. A knock against the Suns would be that they have so many big people yet they can’t grab a rebound. If you get them frustrated the game is pretty much over, the young Suns sometimes loose their head in a game.. more than once we saw that in game 2. A team that throughout the season would rant and rave as if they were the best to be beat – has now been beaten. How shall they respond? I expect Nash to come out like he did in the last few games with heart. Q Richardson can suck an egg… orr uh I mean.. I don’t like him 😉 He is too cocky… so is Stoudemire. Joe Johnson should be back for this next game, will he be a difference in a game? I don’t think so… if Suns do win this next game it will give reason to point that they are 2 down in the best of 7 series.. an emotional win at best. The Suns will now play the next 3 games in the Spurs arena, Spurs only have to win 2. I talked to some Suns fans today and they hope the Suns will win one to save some face and make it a 4-1 series. It’s an interesting series.

So anyway. Today was good I suppose.. it went semi-quick. I got my review sheets in (that I have to fill in about myself). My review is coming up .. woohoo its about time.

Alrighty well that’s all I feel like typing right now until the Yankees game ends.

*update* Yankees won again tonight! 4-2.

Take care, God Bless!

Ciao
