another update! I know.. its getting fun isnt it? hahaha
Anyway.. everything went okay with Michael, I was at the court until almost 1am.. if not a little past. I went.. it was interesting. I ended up watching the whole thing on a closed circut tv they had nearby.. I wasn’t let in because I wasn’t a victim. “Are you a victim? No.. I’m the brother” I kinda am a victim too. hahaha Only jokin’
Anyway.. then what? I had to go back to the main info place in the court house to get the info on him.. because I saw everything.. but heard nothing. Yeah they were having problems with the audio. He has something for a credit card (will explain) and a failture to appear for DOSL (driving on a suspended lisence)
Okay. Hold it.. I can explain. He has the DOSL because the person he was living with let him borrow her car and he was pulled over because the car didn’t have insurance on it. So then they also found out he was driving on a suspended lisence. Next the credit card thing.. sounds worse than it is. It’s still bad.. but not as bad. He took a foodstamp card thing and spent like 50 bucks on it. It was one of his neighbors and he needed it for food. So its bad.. but not that bad? haha.. not as bad as I thought. So hopefully he won’t get any jail time.. I think he will tho.. at least some time, probably not very long.
Came home.. gave my parents the info (they told me to wake them up and tell them) then it was about 2am. My mom came in around 2:30 because she couldn’t sleep and we talked for 20 minutes about what could possibly happen.. how she felt about everyhting. Then she went to bed.. I took a shower and slept.
Today.. went to work.. nothin big happened. Jason asked about me.. and I was like.. hey I was downtown last night at 1am dealin with some family stuff. (not going into Any detail) he said “if you need time off just let me know” hahaha.. I was like “if it comes to that i’ll let you know”
Anyway.. thats about it.. he is schd to be sentenced on Sept 2nd, in the morning.. so I’m going.
Other than that.. I dont think I have anything else.
