Snow way!

We decided the day after the long day at Universal would be a easy day. We neglected making any plans, so when push came to shove, we decided to head to Universal for an hour or two before heading off to our next destination. Making it a much easier day on the feet.

We then headed into the park.

On this day, they had the DeLorean no longer roped off. This was great for photos (and the kids happened to have their BTTF shirts handy).

Fun fact: We overheard a VIP tour guide saying that this is one of the actual screen used DeLoreans from the trilogy.

The kids have now met both Glinda and Elphaba (from Wicked) – this time Green was the color that Elijah connected with. Despite Luca’s fav color being green, he didn’t want a photo with her.

We did some coloring in Whoville, and rode the silly spinny ride that Ezra loves.

On the way out, we splurged and got Ara a drink at the Hello Kitty Cafe. “Bucketlist item check!” – her words

Then we headed off. A short day at the park for sure.

We headed down to Anaheim and stopped at Rubys Diner for dinner (kids ate free that day).

And the evening came to a close with a snow storm LA style. It was a timed event but we happened to catch it right when it started. Ezra loved running and jumping after the snow. The kids were happy to be out and running around (even after 3 days at a theme park).
