Mega Sports Camp!

Guess what we helped out with?

If you didn’t guess Mega Sports camp— I really don’t know what to say. I tried to help you out!

I was a huddle coach for the blue basketball team.

Callen, Dillon, Elijah, Ethan, Kiilian and Emerson were a part of the squad.

Elijah was hapy that I was his coach this time around.

We had some good discussions each time, and were able to speak about Jesus. Bonus: Our particular team even went undefeated over the event when playing against other teams.

What else?

We have looked at a house in Ashtabula – and even made an offer on it. This house is in a smaller town and has a lot of snow.. but its right on Lake Erie, in fact you can see the lake from your front porch.

Totally a like life kind of vibe.

We offered a fair amount and they countered with more than what we wanted to consider – so we moved on.

These last few weeks of the month have been packed. In the morning I drive the kids to Good Shepherd for VBS, and then Mega Sports Camp at New Hope each evening. Busy busy busy.

Now that we have the busiest week out of the way, Elijah is going to Sailing camp– for the entire week.

He loves it.

He lights up when talking about sailing – plus he has indicated that he would like to learn more about this and take more classes in his future. Cool that he has this opportunity to do something like this.

What else?

There is another house we came across. This one is further south away from the lake- it’s big, in a very good area with good schools nearby as well. We made an offer on that house and they accepted the offer.

Now we have to rush to find flights and car rentals and hotels in less than a week to do a home inspection. Sometime before the 10th of July. Let’s see how this will work. It all seems to be moving very quickly.
