Blazin into March

Hey there!

The day before daylight saving time, we were able to attend a First Tech Credit Union event.

Shop with a Trail Blazer.

Free event – open to members of the credit union (and we are).

We each got a free serving of Dippin’ Dots, popcorn, some free swag, $50 GC to their team store ($25/member), and time with Toumani in the team shop.

Toumani Camara. Blazer #33, small forward (occasionally power forward- depending). He was nice – the kids came over with little basketballs, and Toumani asked if they wanted him to sign them.

Every single one of them got in line and waited for him to sign. Even Ezra (who is only 2) gladly gave him his basketball to sign. Even gave him a fist bump. It was adorable. Check out this video:

All this before we even go to our first game of the season. We are super late this year, but it’ll happen… eventually. Since we are out of work, we have decided to use points on our credit card to go to a game later this month.

Luca said he now wants a Camara jersey. I can’t blame him.
