2015 – May part 1
Hey
I took a nap the other day after getting Arabella to lie down with me. It took a bit but once she was out, she was really out fo the count. The wife captured a cute photo of us snoozing.
As is normal our little troublemaker loves to keep her partner in crime involved. Here (below) is Jake sitting on the floor just waiting to see what Ara would do next. What does she do? She starts looking to see see what the cat is looking at. Oh man, they are silly.
We have been fortunate that even in May we have started getting some monsoon-type storms. I love all the weather that we have been getting!
Arabella loves to pick flowers now – so if she sees any flowers anywhere she will run over, pick them and then give them to you (see photo above). We have begun to tell her that some of the flowers are “smiling at God” so we don’t want to pick every flower we see.
We took Ara to the doctor for her shots. This time she had three of them. Needless to say after this even she was welcoming a long afternoon nap.
When she finally was waking up she heard mom and dad talk about snow. Snow? In May? Yeah, well in Northern Arizona they were slated to get a wintery precipitation mix. Why not go check it out? That is exactly what we did. It didn’t accumulate much but (like Ara) we loved just watching it fall.
We don’t expect to be getting rid of this car anytime soon – and so with that, we wanted to get our windows tinted. This car looks much sleeker with the limo tint that we had added to the windows.
Afterward, we went to Winco and for some reason, Arabella really wanted to get a roll of meat that was about as big as she was. Grammy and Grampy got a kick out of that.
