This weekend was pretty good and it went a little like this….

It started out by my family and I deciding to go to So. Cal for a day- that was about at 2am on Saturday morning.  We booked the tickets and went to sleep.  I got about 2 hours worth of sleep that night.

We woke up at 5 or 6am, I can’t remember which, but we went to the airport and got on the plane with no problem.  Arrived at LAX at about 10am.  Spent the day driving around, went to Pepperdine’s campus (they had a graduation going on) and I thought a lot of last year at this time.  Choir Tour….

Went to Malibu and ate lunch.  It was nice and cool outside.  I think the high for the day was 70degrees, and the whole time I knew back in Phoenix it was going to be 99 degrees- it made me enjoy it that much more.  We went back to the airport in time to leave for 7pm.  The flight was sold out, but they had about 10 people not show up for their flight –  so we got on and off we went.

On the plane ride back we sat next to this guy from China.  He kept telling us all about China and the culture etc.. it was quite interesting.

Sunday we went to church, afterwards went to Denny’s (which served me a burger that made me feel sick) so I got the money back from it.  Came home and watched a little TV and went online.  That has been my weekend.

We were going to fly somewhere else on Sunday, and possibly go to Portland but all flights were booked either on the way out or on the way back.  Maybe next time.
