Hey everyone,

Here is the deal. With the situation and everything. I am the one who has been cheating. You are too.

God loves us enough to keep pursuing us even tho we hurt him, he tells us through pastors, through friends, through his written word– but we do not listen. We do not care.

He loves us unconditionally. He is always seeking us. He will not stop seeking us until he has us, and then when he has us, even then.. we cannot fathom the love that He has for us.

We Cannot Fathom it.

Yet we sit back and worship ourselves. I worship things I shouldn’t, I cheat on my God. If I knew what I had, I would give it all up right? I just don’t seem to get it. I cause Him Pain. We are the bride to Christ. We are engaged to Christ.

Without Christ we are lost forever. With the Love and Grace of Christ we are saved. We may not ‘need’ his forgiveness now.. at least we don’t think so. What if it is true? What if there IS heaven AND hell? What will happen to you? What if?!

That’s a risk I’m not going to take.

Just think about it.

It’s not about we have done. Our lives don’t suddenly get better upon receiving Christ. Quite the opposite, we will be Persecuted! We should expect the worst!

We as Christians need to stop painting our faith as something that will ‘cure all problems’. We need to go back to the basics. Did you know we are called to Fear the Lord, yet Jesus still calls us his Friends.

Think about it. No there is no girl who I am with. But IMAGINE just for a second, if You, Me, and Everyone happen to be THAT girl? And that the Lord God is the one we are cheating on, he won’t give up.. he won’t drop us because he is getting hurt. He Loves Us Too Much.

Then what will you do?

“O Lord, Hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief. Do not bring your servant into judgement, for no one living is righteous before you. The enemy pursues me, he crushes me to the ground; he makes me dwell in darkness like those long dead. So my sprit grows faint within me; my heart is dismayed. I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done.” Pslam 143:1-5

Take care, God Bless
