how has everyone been? I’ve been good- good and busy. haha.. it hasn’t been that bad.
News.. or other updates…
I got offered a job at Verizon, starting at 13.47/per hour.
I accepted it.
I am going through training at Sears and have a really different trainer, who isn’t doing anything by the book- and because I have worked at this job before I am going to talk to one of the center managers about it.
2 more weeks of Sears then I start Verizon.
2 more day until 4th of July.
2 more days until my phone interview with Redcliffe.
6 weeks left… about.. or
45 days left in Arizona.
Tonight I went bowling with Lori, had fun. We then went to Red Robin and I had a shake (already ate dinner) and she got dinner for herself. It was good, we even got to talk. I know.. crazy thing.
Best game of the night wasn’t that great. Bowled 144.
However…. Yankees played well tonight, they beat the Mets 14 to 7.
Last weekend I saw the Omen with Brandy. It was a good movie–at least I liked it. I thought I would be scared and such, but it really wasn’t that bad.
Today I slept until 11am, LATE. I didn’t go to a church service..(only Central’s on Saturday) I ventured for sleep. Ah well.
This weekend I spent time with Lori, and Brandy… a little with Kaysie. With Kays we spent time due to the Nepal class–she doesn’t hang out with me. 😐
Central has the annual Fire in the Sky fireworks. Come if you can.. it should be good like it always is. (as seen below) I’m excited about the event. If you wanna come visit www.cccev.com for directions.
Last week I met up with Kays and Hil ( the non Yankee fan Hil… 😐 ). She was still cool, despite being a fan of the Diamondbacks (nobody’s perfect lol)… heck we have proof of that with Boston fans.
Speaking of that.. this guy at Sears wears a Boston hat.. I wanna burn it or something. Yeah.. hmmmmm okay okay.. I guess I would take it off his head first…. ;o).
He might not notice the feeling of burning–after all he is in Arizona. It is always burning out here. 119 last week, this week it was a cool 112. Oi vey.
So, that’s kinda the update with things right now… I think.
