Kaysie, check this site out http://www.haiti-info.com/ and start off by clicking.. “The Eroding nation.” You see the kid I am sponsoring is from Haiti, so I wanted to learn more about it. I did research, none of it really came with anything positive, but I found that site to be a very good resource for information.

I went to Bible Study tonight, they were taking requests for songs, I shoulda told them Jesus Freak. I love that song 🙂 has to be one of my all time favs.

So, you know what? Jeff Deyo is good, so why don’t more church people know bout him? I mean.. I don’t mind telling people about his upbeat style and good songs – but it would be nice for some people to know what I’m talking about.

My brother is currently reading : Waking the Dead. (if you haven’t read it I would recommend it to you) He seems to have sparked an interest in the Supernatural.

I was watching Forget Paris last night like a friend told me to, but … I started to fall asleep during it at around 1:30 so I turned it off and went to bed.

Today… what happened? I took my car down to Discount Tire (aka Americas Tire) and got new tires! Tomorrow I get new brakes and stuff.. so things much needed getting done.

I finally have the pin code I need for the finical aid help. I might as well spill my beans about what I’ve been checking into for the past few months. The more I talk about it.. the more I would want to do it.

Located in Portland, (yes.. it is a selling point) – A Christian school. I’ve checked it out more than I have any other college, and I like what I know. The only downfall to the school is the price… but that’s why I’m going for aid.

If I don’t end up getting enough finical aid from the government for me to go without sending myself into some major debt.. then I have a backup.

It would be a great place to get to dive into the word, really look at it for its true intent, and spend lots and lots of time setting my values at the right level. Not that I think I need a whole lot of help in that department, I just think everyone could use help no matter what level. I mean .. when are you at a level where you can say “the Bible wont help me”… you aren’t. I can’t say that I’ve known anyone (who was a believer) to say anything remotely close to that.

So that’s the news kids. Feed your brains this weekend.. and don’t eat chickens?
