Hey, Big suprise today… Sears and K-Mart Merges 11 Billion dollar merger. 3rd biggest retailor in US, behind Wal-Mart and Home Depot Sears stock up 17% This should initally help Sears, who has lacked on clothing for years.. mainly what K-mart is good at. The new company will be known as Sears Holdings.
