So I took everyones advice. I even strayed away from the drama… and this is the outcome :

DCxr7: if you don’t let me know and I’ll find someone else to go.. then we wont have to waste the night
Eshox23: Well, I’d love to go.. but if theres someone else that you’d want to go instead, then they can go in my place

Eshox23: of course

Eshox23: But that’s okay

Eshox23: I’d rather leave that up to you.. because you asked me to go. if you’d rather have someone else go – then have them go, because I don’t want you not having a good time if I went.

Eshox23: I want to know – you did ask me to go.. but it was because I WAS someone whod actually have the same amont of excitement as you.. BUT.. do you really want me to go.

Eshox23: I don’t mind any of that actually.. what you stated above

Eshox23: Another thing is – I work on Sundays now.. and since that’s the first of the month *yes it still being the 2nd though* I don’t have the advantage of taking it off.

Eshox23: And to tell you the truth – a Blazers game.. sometimes seemed to mend things a lot of the times between us
