I went to work today.

It was a pretty good day, I mean.. if you thought I was getting down – well I was.

Good news : I talked to my manager about my resolve rates. He said I was doing really well for the time that I’ve been doing it. And he said that I shouldn’t be worried about anything – becuase I have strong stats. Not as strong as people who have been there for 5 or 7 years.. but then he said that obviously they have an upperhand. In otherwords, Chill. I’m doing Good.

That was good news for me.

Better news : I put in a schedule request change so I could go to school and work at nights. I got it approved- and even better.. the first request. Starting January 18th (a Sunday – I’ll get back to this date) I’ll work : MTWF – 12:30 to 9:00 And Sunday – 10:30 – 7:00, off days – Thursday and Saturday

(Note : current schedule – MTWF : 11:30 – 8:00 and Sunday 10:30 – 7:00)

January 18th? Sunday? I have to request it off. Its a Blazers game night here in Arizona, and I’m NOT going to miss it. I already bought the tickets.. so its just a matter of Telling them I will not be in. I can’t wait. It is all about the Blazers baby – 2004 and forever!

So I had a good day. It started off kinda crappy… with bad customers. It improved from then on.. and I’m a happy camper. Another bonus? All the presents came in today. So I’m good to go.
