Here is what I write in my Sears logging files… ( we document our calls )

Customer says that the spark plug is not firing and that battary is dead… wants blah blah blah blah

And then of course I press the backspace button and continue.

Infact… today I put :

Symptom : Did not recieve a part

Cure : Customer Vented

hah!

I kept it. The guy was stupid. Just wanted to vent.. so whatever.. I’ll be the person to listen to it. I didn’t get a care & use out of it.. but thats fine. If you don’t know anything about the calls and how we have to code them out.. don’t worry. Nobody else does either!

I had a good day at work. Even better time at night (at work). You all know how I work nights now.. so I was at work.. and in the 6pm to 7pm I got 1 call. From 7 to 8 … it went up. I got 3 calls. In review : 4 calls 2 hours – Not bad!

And they pay me to do this?

Other than that.. things have been fine. I don’t really know what Sabrina was talking about (her comments) on my last post. I was speaking about life in General – but she indicated something more specific.

Blazers played tonight – but they didn’t play to Finish the game. Ahead by 10+ or so by 1/2 time and ahead by 14 by midway thru the 3rd quarter.. but you know what? They lost by almost 10. It was bad, only because they lost and the Mavs went on a …. 14 to 2 run at the end of the 3rd. Thats when they lost it.

Oh well. Can’t win em all.. and Blazers can’t buy one on the road. (0-4) on the road.

Life is life.

News: I finally got registered for classes… and here’s pretty much how it will work when school starts :

I go to school at 9 and then start work at 1. Get off work at 9, and do homework.
