Happy Turkey Day!
What a busy November we have had! We have spent some time at the coast… it was beautiful!!!!!!! Just skip the fish n chips from Pig N Pancake. I will forever laugh at the rubbery fish that we all attempted to choke down. Yes it was that bad, seriously. All of the kids enjoyed themselves. Arabella thought she was pretty awesome trying to carry around Ezra for a few minutes! Did I mention how cute the kids were!

Thanksgiving was busy but good. I made a meal for us at home and then we went to Minnie’s for desert.

After Minnie’s we stopped at the park and walked through the Christmas lights! And so begins our Christmas Season <3

And the Birthdays Begin…
Well well well… it’s been another year! It’s my last year in in 30’s. It’s hitting me… hard. But then I remember that aging is a privilege that not everyone gets to live. Another year is a beautiful blessing. The wrinkles are nothing to be ashamed of… they are signs that I’m still alive. This year truly is a year of blessings. Aging is such a privilege and I am trying to savor all of the moments. This is my last year in my 30’s and it’s hitting me…differently at different times.
I had my birthday, My dad turned 80! He had a party and a bunch of people showed up. It was nice to see so many people I hadn’t seen in years… some in over 20 years. He seemed like he was having fun and feeling loved!

Jays Dad had his birthday and I had mine! We went out to steak! I got a cool Koala drink but it tasted terrible. My lemonade was good though and the steak was decent.

My sweet baby Ezra turned 1!!!! He also took his first steps in the kitchen just a few days before. Oh my heart he is getting too big. He had a Bluey themed birthday!

Sweet Sweet November!
It’s been a few months since I have written. It’s been a season of … being busy in the ordinary sense. The kids have been busy! Arabella is gone a lot… friends, mentorship, break out. She was hardly home this summer!
So much has happened since July! The kids have started school!

Ara started 5th and Elijah started 2nd! We let them help pick their curriculum this year and they are also enjoying their online classes. We’ve already been on quite a few field trips… gardens, historical sites, air museums, pumpkin patches, apple farms, and tech museums. Busy with kid stuff! Arabella was invited to take a flight simulator class at the Museum of Flight. She really enjoyed flying the plane and being a co-pilot for the day.
We also ventured to Vintage Tek, The Oregon Train Interpretive Center, Halloween Town, Oregon Heritage Farms, Hoffman Farm, and several pumpkin patches. We watched the northern lights dance across the sky and visited Shari’s on it’s last day before closing its doors in the Pacific Northwest.
The kids enjoyed visiting different Halloween displays, carving their own pumpkins, and spending a lot of time with friends.

And then we watched the leaves change… Fall is quickly coming to an end

What’s next?
Birthdays and Holidays and the Great Unknown!
