Week 2

The doctor said he needed a little sun so we took him to the beach for the first time! He loved basking in the sun and just chillin’ as he watched the waves! Also… it cleaned up 99% of his jaundice! 

We decided on the way home to come back the long way. We traveled up Route 66 and even looked at the place that inspired the Cars movies.

The trip had to be short because both Elijah and I had doctors appointments this week. My appointment was on weds (I’m 50% ish healed) and Elijah had his appointment today! He was 7lbs 2oz when we left the hospital and now he is 7lbs 10oz!!! Yay for weight gain! 

I still need to print some photos… but I will get there! More updates to come ♥️💙♥️
