Let the Real countdown Begin!

Well life has been busy. Several of my close friends have already had their babies. Now I’m just waiting for my turn. I can’t believe 4 weeks from today he will be here. He still doesn’t have a name. I think we will probably just have to see his face first!

Today I had a checkup and he’s measuring right on schedule with a healthy heart beat💕.  From here on out I’m off to weekly appointments. 

Today we put the infant car seat in the Prius. We finally took it out of the box and set it up. It’s nice but it’s a tight fit. We will have to have one kid on each side. 

Arabella keeps asking when the doctor is going to take her baby brother out. She said she can’t wait to rock him and read to him. She makes my heart melt sometimes. 

We didn’t really do much for Easter. We went to church and Arabella got a little Easter Basket. We talked about Jesus and ate pizza. It was wonderfully simple. It was so much better than last years crazy Easter filled with crazy egg hunts and trying to fight crowds. 

I’ve bee pretty tired lately. The little one wakes me up to go pee almost every hour. I do find that I have a little more energy if I drink my dirt aka “beet” smoothie.  Seriously they taste kind of like dirt but they give me way more energy and take away some of the nausea I feel lately.  Seriously look up the benefits of beets! Who knew!!!???!!!

What else is new? Not really much. We are working on the house a bit and trying to improve it to our liking. I’ve been so busy that I am months behind on my pen pal letters and thank you notes. I haven’t forgotten you I promise! Im just a little behind on writing! I’m saving baby related thank yous until after he is here so I can include photos! 

Well it’s getting late and I’ve dropped my phone on my face like 3 times (sleep blogging) so I am going to say good night.
