Another West Coast Weekend

We spent last weekend in Los Angeles with Grammy and Grampy. Grampy had his company picnic at calamigos ranch in Malibu. Arabella had a ton of fun!

She even got to ride a pony! She was the tiniest kid on the biggest pony! 

Arabella sampled new treats like flavorless snow cones (which she loved) and cotton candy (which she was unsure of but warmed up to).

We we all got our faces painted (some of us for the first time).

After the picnic we checked out a couple shelters but we didn’t find out new friend. It started to rain a little and our face paint started to drip. All the batman a and hello kitties looked like they were crying.

We had to go down through San Diego to get home. It was a much longer trip but we decided to make the best of it!

We decided last minute to visit Coronado (the “island” aka the place we got married).

We enjoyed the cool temperatures and sprinkles! Then we ventured home again! It was a pretty awesome weekend!
