Final stop for the day: Yankee Stadium.

The passage to the stadium…

"101_0129"

The coming soon Yankee Stadium.

"101_0136"

Yankee Stadium during the day.

"101_0138"

Yankees Dugout.

Toronto’s dugout…

Before the game, the scoreboard.

"101_0141"

Our seats. I thought they were great. =]

"101_0143"

Me and my dad. We both wore our Yankee Hats. Heck yes (it is my favorite hat ever)

"101_0148"

At night, with the home plate.

"101_0149"

Another with a clear view of all those lights….

The game was great. Had a little bit of everything.

At first, we got rained on.. they almost called the game. They played through it- it cleared off. Then there was drizzle on and off the rest of the night. Just enough to keep you feeling cool.

There was a guy who ran out of the field and touched second base. The crowd cheered him on- I have it on video.. its funny. The cops got him.. obviously. He did get his few minutes of fame.

"101_0155"

Then there were more cops. 10 of them that came up in our section.

Two people in our section were fighting, one was drunk.. obviously. But the way the cops do it here- is pull every person involved or anyone who saw anything. So there was a lot of people who ended up leaving with the cops.

So, Rain, Clear weather, Fans running on the field, a fight and finally…

The Video of the night…

Two out.. bottom of the 8th. One on 1st, another on 3rd. Mariano Rivera to the mound…

Loved it. Heck, I still love it 🙂

Final Score: Blue Jays 1 | Yankees 2

"101_0159"

Someone offered to take our picture.. but forgot to turn on my flash. At least it’s a picture of us at the stadium– didn’t turn out so bad.

"101_0165"

If you click on this image, you see its a little blurry, but I really like how it turned out. You have…. Yankee Stadium on the left, and going right you see the bridge with the 26 time champions written across.

Awesome.

After the game we got some pizza at some small home grown italian shop. Crazy right? but it tasted good.

More tomorrow. Go Yankees!
