Without going into much detail, I feel that I don’t need to be managed. At least in my current position that is. One that repeats itself as often as this job need not be managed. The quality being produced is unmatched. At least if we are going to have managers lets give them something to do. Rather than look over our shoulder and watch our every number and action – lets get someone in who can change things up. Try to make us grow within out job and make things more challenging – no not by raising goals that are already too high, but by cross training us throughout the company.<\/p>\n

People have been asking me lately if there is anyone whom I would like to date. This has been coming from numerous people. I’ve through about this and thought some more. The conclusion is this…<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I would like to date someone. Timing in most things for me are usually off in one way or the other. How do I mean? I like someone.. they like me back but has a b\/f or I’m not interested in them.. they are in me.. and so forth and so on. The timing usually doesn’t work. Most people I have asked the same question back to them “who and how many” have given me at least two people.<\/p>\n

So I shall give two in my attempt to blog more about real things.<\/p>\n

Rebecca. I have always wanted to date her but some how it never seemed to work out. It is a shame because I believe we would make a remarkable couple. I’ve also told her over the years that we have known each other and she too has expressed some interest- alas, time never works to our favor. For those who don’t know who I speak of.. she is one of my friends I met while I was at Cascade.<\/p>\n

Amber. We both had liked each other at one point and then the feelings just faded away. Her love for the Lord is one I have not found too often. She is truly special. However I don’t believe anything will come of this.. <\/p>\n

I would have listed Stacie in here, but instead she just gets mentioned. Things with her went hay wire a long time ago don’tcha know.<\/p>\n
