this weekend has been semi relaxing..<\/p>\n
I was able to watch 3 movies so far.. that’s good right?<\/p>\n
All in my car. My laptop battery lasts for longer than 2 DVD videos.. that’s pretty good by my standards.<\/p>\n
Had a choir concert, have another one Thursday night. Maybe this time we will start on the right pitch haha \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

It was the weekend for Jay and Sarah.<\/p>\n
Happy Birthday to both of them.<\/p>\n
Jay – you know I really appreciate you and our friendship, but I didn’t go to the birthday party for certain reasons I have talked to you about.<\/p>\n
Sarah – BEST FRIEND! haha, you are funny, sometimes.. even through all the whining. I didn’t go to your birthday thing because I would have been out of place.<\/p>\n
Instead I watched movies, til like 3 am. haha woohooo<\/p>\n
In other news,—- the internship….<\/p>\n
The Details: right now I am going to be in AZ by May 10th so I can go to graduations, but the internship will not start until June 5th because Neil will be out of the country. So I am in the process of finding out if I can kinda just stay with someone until June so I wont have to make the 1100 mile trip one way back to Oregon. The length of the internship? Until I need it.<\/p>\n
I am excited about it. I’m also discussing it because Tara was surprised that I put one line about it. I was surprised she even reads this. I think it will be a really good thing for me.. and I can’t wait to get to work. I’m also excited about seeing Lori, meeting up with Tara, and going back to Central. Maybe even meeting up with Becky for coffee…<\/p>\n
Cept.. I have to finish school. One class I might.. well fail. Hah.. horrible. I know. I can’t stand the teachers way of teaching, so.. yeah. I might pass.. if I work really hard I might end up with a D. Not passing by my standards… but I decided to not drop the class, but to fight it out.<\/p>\n
That’s right -fight it out. GPA what? lol<\/p>\n
I have to start working on a 10 minute presentation that I will need to present next Friday the 21st. I really don’t want to.<\/p>\n
Really.<\/p>\n
I will. But ugh.. I’m not sure I will have as much as I thought I would, to talk about Jesus and persecution. Time will tell.. time tells everything.<\/p>\n
Yankees won, 10 – 1… finally breaking a losing streak.<\/p>\n
The randomness for the day: I’ve totally changed my views on immigration in America. When I was a high school senior to about a year or so ago I would say that it was a curse. I did biased research to help my cause. Now.. I want to help the people who are immigrating, America after all is a huge melting pot. (help them… not Illegally, but help in a general sense). I see it like this: I don’t honestly think Jesus would block everyone out from one of the greatest countries (when they are leaving their country to come to ours to live a better life), nor do I think he would put stipulations on their freedom within it. I don’t want to form an opinion and to pull a race card, those are ugly and everyone hates that.. Everyone says they are taking our medical and this and that. They pay taxes, and well.. our medial stuff has been in shambles for a long time now.<\/p>\n
Don’t blame them, blame yourself for not voting in someone to take care of it.<\/p>\n
Shouldn’t we be seeking to either help them out in this country or find ways to influence change in their country? They are taking jobs – I don’t believe it. American companies are outsourcing all the time to other countries just for the fact that the labor is cheaper. When they come in to the country there is probably a greater chance they would work the same job you would… for cheaper. Yeah, so those are my somewhat random thoughts..<\/p>\n
