Would you look at the time of this post. Crazy I tell you…<\/p>\n
Tonight was alright.. I guess.<\/p>\n
I watched the Yankees game, and I almost died. Twice. No kidding.. it was gut-wrenching to watch.. so many different plays, and so many things that we did .. that we hadn’t done in some 140 other games.. we did on these few. In all.. we lost the game. 3 – 5 and I was left with my hand over my mouth, kneeling in front of my TV, waiting to explode at a play that would not come. So after everyone ran on the field.. I turned down the sound, and felt defeated. Its how I feel when my Blazers play… but its a somewhat new thing to feel this way towards baseball (within the past 5 years) while basketball has been since 1990.<\/p>\n
I don’t have much excuse for the way we played, the errors we made… or the mis-calls that almost surely decided the game a few different times.. instead I wait until next year. So we can take this thing further. Yankees.. now and always.<\/p>\n
For the rest of the night.. I went to 7 – 11 with some friends, and then to Dennys, and drank coffee until about 2:30 discussing various things. It was good… I even talked to Becky for an hour on the phone, talk about things I wasn’t expecting. That’s right up on the list. The city was quiet, and calm. The streets were wet and empty. The conversation was filling, and subjective. It wasn’t that bad of a night after all.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow I’m going to have to do homework, that I have semi been putting off. I seem to have picked up some bad habits while being out here. One of them.. is procrastinating more than I use to. I’ll have to work on that.<\/p>\n
I’m going to bed now, I hope everyone is doing well. Sorry I haven’t been up to date on everyone life… but things keep piling up in one department or another.<\/p>\n
