Okay.. so in real news.. today sucked!! No joke – it wasn’t good.<\/p>\n
I wanted to go home.. I wanted to go back to bed. Why? Last night I was on time.. ready for bed.. when I got stuck on the phone for almost an hour. Then.. I couldn’t sleep very well.. leading into today. Very tired. Hoang was being annoying. Customers would not stop grabbing at my throat and I wanted to grab back and strangle the phone cord!!<\/p>\n
I almost did.. on the last call before my break.<\/p>\n
I kept telling myself.. I gotta get through this.. only two months left… its nothing big. Its Wednesday.. they like me here!<\/p>\n
That reminds me.. my review! I will talk about that later.. but right now I’m tellin a story \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
On my break.. I asked people to pray for me.. I prayed also.. trying to have the patience and will to get through the day.<\/p>\n
Well.. I got back on the phone.. and the calls were easier. Some people on the phone talked to me about their bible study. Oh comon’ that’s not by chance people!! God works! God Rocks! He is awesome. Even his little blessings in my day… I am so unworthy. It makes me very happy.<\/p>\n
Then after lunch.. Jen (my manager) told me to log off the phones and help out the new class for the rest of my shift. So I didn’t even have to deal with customers. I went into the room and everyone was impressed with me haha… I kinda like that feeling… but who wouldn’t? And they don’t even know me!<\/p>\n
About my review! I got a 4 out of 5. Nobody in the call center has ever gotten a 5.. so I got what I got last year… the best anyone has ever gotten (managers when they get their review don’t get 5’s – they get 4’s.) So yeah.<\/p>\n
I went from 10.87 to 11.41. Not bad.. I’m so thankful.. I don’t deserve any of it.<\/p>\n
So yes! It was nice.. they kept telling me about how ‘I am a leader on and off the floor’ and how I should look to further my career in Sears. How they wanted me to get in like a manager type role.. it was a very pleasant review.<\/p>\n

Yes Hil, I know the Yankees have lost a few games.. but as I told you I would rather focus on when they win. Not when they loose, all the haters come out of the woodwork when you focus on the losing.. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
