I am very pleased with this weekend. It sounds like the weekend has to live up to my standards doesnt it? I don’t mean for it to come across like that.<\/p>\n
I loved it. The alone time.. the quiet. It was great.<\/p>\n
That came later on… in the meantime.. lets talk about the weekend… or my so called weekend.<\/p>\n
Thursday night Lisa came over and we watched the Blazers win.. it was good… then we went to Dennys and chatted for a while until she had to go home.<\/p>\n
Friday was pretty good. I slept in and then hung out with Tara for a little… then she left and Lisa came over at the same time.. then I hung out with her.. (we were going to carpool to biblestudy to save gas and a trip)… we got her a headband at the mall. After that was done we played some basketball until we got a call from Andy (bible study leader) saying that it (bible study) was going to be canceled because one of his kids was sick. So then we didn’t know what to do.. so we went back to my house.. ate dinner and went to play basketball. I invited Becky even tho she was sick and not feeling well.. (smart huh?) hah.. and so she watched us play for a little bit. Lisa kept getting dizzy.. but did alright. I wanna see Tara play hahaha..<\/p>\n
So the girls decided they would play 2 on 1, vs me. When I played Lisa I typically took the games (by ones to eleven) with a score of 1 to 11. Two on one they did a little better.. with a score of 2 to 11. Ah well. Can’t win em all.. right? Then Becky…. decided to go to Ihop, Tara called, and she came too. Lisa had to leave and was home by almost 1, but we still ended up talking for a long while.. till the wee hours in the morning. It was good.. I got to see Tara and Becky discuss some good subjects.<\/p>\n
Went home.. slept.. woke up (best part of a day).. <\/p>\n
On phone .. update more later.———————–<\/p>\n
Alright.. so almost 2 hours later.. of the phone.. add in a shower.. and here I am… so Ill finish then go to bed.<\/p>\n
So I was saying I woke up.. at like 12.. so then I kinda wasted time for a few hours.. then we left for lunch. At Burger King near the church some guy didn’t stop and ran thru the side wall of the resturant. It was crazy.. havent seen anythin like that before.. haha.. then the cops came and it was interesting. I say that word a lot. haha… SO yes.. we sat outside when we ate.. and the guy got like a few feet away from my car before he woulda hit it. Crazyness… then we went to church… good stuff.. talking about Christmas songs and history.. and the meaning behind the words.. the context .. and the vision.<\/p>\n
Went to 2|42.. left early.. because again I didn’t feel like I should be there.<\/p>\n
Told Lisa to not worry because everything was fine.<\/p>\n
I drove around for a few hours listening to worship music but not really getting into it like I had hoped. So then I went to my ‘roots’ and prayed for an hour or so. It was good.. really good. When you cry.. and pray.. your soul is re-aligned with God. oh it was good \ud83d\ude09 I was happy after that.<\/p>\n
Checked my phone.. had tons of text messages and few voicemails from lisa.. she was worried… texted her back assuring her nothing was wrong.<\/p>\n
Then I talked to Tara for a little bit .. followed by Becky (unexpected) .. I talked to her to make her go to bed.. and I ended up keeping her awake. I’m hooorible. heh<\/p>\n
So here I am.. thats it. I’m good to go….. to bed. So thats what I’m going to do.<\/p>\n
I’m thinking of VTO’ing tomorrow. Not sure yet…<\/p>\n
