This is my update for the next few days..<\/p>\n
So.. I’ve been talking to Hanna more. Wednesday night we met up and talked for a while… it was good.. more to learn about her.. for sure. Many things we discussed made me think.. just in general about peoples stand point on religion.. It’s good.<\/p>\n
So.. about the stack ranking… apparently some bad weeks got in there.. from them switching me on so many different gates of business… so thats why it was low.. or thats me and Jasons conclusion. Yeah.. I told him to pull me off the phones for a while.. because I needed to talk to him, so for 1\/2 hour we researched what was the problem and all this other stuff I needed to talk to him about. I also brought up Tess.. and then later on talked to her about everything.. I took action. It felt good. Tess herself just didn’t understand about how to close out the calls.. but she has it down now. Jason said 2 people will lose their job to it. I’ve seen one person get up and leave.. and he told me who the other person was.. and he was fired today. More people are doing it.. but at least they are making an effort.. as much as possible. Jennifer.. (my old manager) apparently comes in and thats all she does for her whole shift.. is watch people and how they close out calls (by witness so nobody knows it is going on) but.. I was still aggervated about things.. and it made it known to Jason. He listened.. it was good. I don’t have to have anything major against him now. The company understands what is happening with my stats… or at least the management who looks upon my job, and thats what matters.. so they know I’m not doing anything wrong….<\/p>\n
Other than that.. work hasn’t been that bad.. infact it has been moving at a good pace this whole week. It hasn’t had any major days where it has dragged.. and I haven’t gotten any major headaches.. I think that is partly because I usually take an asprin before I go to work.<\/p>\n
My hand has been itching (meaning I should write).. I’ve been feeling like I should write something lately… I’m not sure what topic or anything.. I just feel like I should be writing… maybe I will sometime soon. Who knows…<\/p>\n
Talked to my brother tonight.. he is doing alright.. stuff has went on with that.. but nothing that I really wanna type up on here. Ask me.. and maybe I’ll tell you.<\/p>\n
