So.. Sunday.. no.. Monday ended last night. I talked to Kat (…I mean Hanna) online. It was good stuff.. then we talked on the phone until.. I don’t know.. 5am? Somewhere around there.. it was good. She has changed a lot… so I’m kind of learning everything over again. Not a bad thing (getting to know her again) but.. man do people change in so little time.<\/p>\n
Then I went to sleep.. shortly after woke up and went to work.<\/p>\n
New stack ranking : I’m number 27 now. I was 16.. and before that I was 1. So.. tell me if you’d be all happy and wanting to talk about it? I think not. Infact.. I didn’t want to mention any of it because I knew\/know why I’m dropping. My stats aren’t any lower than they were before.. I’m on my average.. but other people have suddenly picked up and are ahead of me now. Heck almost everyone I’ve been helping is ahead of me. Thats good right? Yes and no. I’d be most happy and not really care about anyones stats but my own if it were that simple. But people are cheating to get ahead in the system.. i’ve seen it with my own eyes.. and I know its widespread.. because people dont want to be MTO’d. (sent home with no choice)… yeah.. Mandatory Time Off. I understand why people don’t want to be sent home.. they have bills. But its not my fault if they dont know their stuff.. they have a chance to ask me… or anyone else for that fact. I don’t know.. it just really bugs me.<\/p>\n
After work I went over to see if Jason had the new stack ranking and he didn’t. He isn’t a real good manager.. i’ll say that much. Never up to date … thinks he knows everything. Like i’ll give you an example. I asked him if we could order parts to a PO box a few weeks ago… he said yes. Today I got a paper back saying that we cannot order parts to a PO Box. I went up to Jason and asked him.. “whats going on” he was like “we never could order to a po box”.. man oh man.. does this guy sound like John Kerry or what??? lol.. So yeah.. thats K for Krazy. So.. I dont know.. I confronted him and was like “but I asked you a few weeks ago and….” then he says “ohhhhhh yeah… let me check on this” Needless to say the part was ordered … To the PO Box.. I suppose as a one time favor. Anyway.. hes just not a manager on top of things.<\/p>\n
He was telling everyone stack rankings.. oh you’ve went up.. you’ve went down.. and I walk up and he doesn’t say anything. Ha. So I Bust out with my info that I already had. “How’d you know that?” Haha.. believe it or not buddy other managers actually do their work.. I didn’t say that.. but it crossed my mind. It bugs me.. there is this lady .. Tes.. from work. She doesnt know much about anything we troubleshoot on.. and is constantly asking me questions. I sometimes see her code things out the wrong way. Someone will hang up on her and she will code it out as a resolve. I told Jason “Tes is #20.. ” and he shot back with “Yeah she knows her stuff. I’ve listened to her a lot……. blah blah blah” stupid stuff. Made me mad hearing him say that. You see… a little bit back we had a convo with him about how when it comes down to it people will make their scores better and nobody will know. This just proves that point. If we did indeed speak up you already know whats going to be said. “No I’ve listened to her.. she’s doing great! She goes through all the resources” bull.<\/p>\n
Thats my ultimate annoyance of the day. I’m now in danger of being MTO’d for doing my job right and being honest.<\/p>\n
