Preliminary hearings only occur in felony offenses. (thats what it was the night I went)<\/p>\n
In most states, a preliminary hearing is necessary for the Judge to determine whether or not there is sufficient evidence
or probable cause to support the charges against a defendant and bind the case over to Superior Court for trial.

Driving on a Suspended License 28-3473<\/p>\n
This is a more serious charge, which occurs if your license is suspended or revoked as the result of a D.U.I. offense.
This offense has a minimum mandatory jail term of two days, which must be served as 48 hours consecutive with no work release.
Again, probation, fine and up to six months in jail could be the maximum.<\/p>\n
This wasn’t his charge.. his was Failure to appear for a court date FOR that.

Burglary 13-1506\/1507\/1508<\/p>\n
In Arizona, there are three different degrees of burglary classifications.
Burglary in the third degree is a Class 4 Felony and occurs when one enters or remains unlawfully in a non-residential structure or in a fenced
commercial or residential yard with the intent to commit any theft or any other felony crime.
Second degree burglary is a Class 3 Felony when one intends to commit theft or any other felony in a residential structure.
If you or your accomplice commits burglary when possession of a deadly weapon, a dangerous instrument or explosives, then you face
a Class 2 Felony if the burglary was committed in a residence<\/p>\n

Sentences provided in section 13-701 for a first conviction of a felony, except those felonies involving a discharge,
use or threatening exhibition of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument or the intentional or knowing infliction of

court within the ranges set by this subsection. Such reduction or increase shall be based on the aggravating and mitigating

13-2105 . Fraudulent use of a credit card; classification
A. A person commits fraudulent use of a credit card if such THE person:
1. With intent to defraud, uses, for the purposes of obtaining OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN money, goods,
services or any other thing of value, a credit card or credit card number obtained or retained in violation
of this chapter or a credit card or credit card number which such THE person knows is forged, expired, canceled or revoked; or <\/p>\n
2. Obtains OR ATTEMPTS TO OBTAIN money, goods, services or any other thing of value by representing, without the consent of the cardholder,
that he THE PERSON is the holder to a specified card or by representing that he THE PERSON is the holder of a credit card and such THE card
has not in fact been issued. <\/p>\n
B. Fraudulent use of a credit card is a class 1 misdemeanor. If the value of all money, goods, services and other things of value obtained
OR ATTEMPTED TO BE OBTAINED in violation of this section exceeds one hundred dollars in any consecutive six-month period the offense is a class 6 felony. <\/p>\n
