Hello<\/p>\n

This week has been a quiet one. \u00a0Maryia has been gone since Saturday and will return this Saturday. \u00a0She went to the Portland area as her friend was able to fly her out to visit. \u00a0Needless to say it has been unusually quiet around the house.<\/p>\n

If I ever wonder where she is I just pull up the “Find my friends” app. \u00a0Some people don’t like it. \u00a0I only use it with immediate family – although I’m not sure I’d care if my friends could see where I’m at. \u00a0You can revoke the access at any time. \u00a0Anyway… \u00a0one night I looked her up and saw that she was 800+ miles north of me. \u00a0It was kind of cool because I’m use to seeing a distance of maybe a mile or two, so I got a kick out of seeing her so far away.<\/p>\n

Speaking of Apps… I have found a new one that I like. \u00a0It is called: “Note to God”<\/p>\n

It is a pretty simple\/basic app. \u00a0It gives you functionality to write a prayer and post it online. \u00a0Not a big deal, I know- but the cool part is: anyone who uses the app can see all the different prayer requests people have written. \u00a0Some people ask for help from addictions, others are just thanking God for xyz happening. \u00a0It is a really good concept. I like it. \u00a0Central has (or use to have?) this Prayer team that I was a part of. \u00a0It is kind of the same thing. \u00a0On the prayer team you were given access to the church website where people submitted prayers. \u00a0Then you would pray for the different things that have been sent in. \u00a0This is along the same idea – but it opens it up to anyone and it allows for a greater ease of use. \u00a0If you have iTunes or an iDevice, you can click here<\/a>\u00a0and download it (its a free app).<\/p>\n

Next week I’ll have an interview with a temp agency. \u00a0I’m not sure if they actually have a job lined up for me or if they just want to interview so they can get it out of the way\u00a0in case\u00a0something comes up – either way. \u00a0Temp jobs are at least \u00a0a job…<\/p>\n

So I was watching the BBC this week & a commercial for a new Chef Ramsay show came on. \u00a0I got a kick out of the title.<\/p>\n

It actually looks good.. I’d be interested to see it. \u00a0I think its only going to be on the BBC though. \u00a0Luckily I get that channel so I might just have to record it.<\/p>\n

So I wanted to add pictures into this post as I haven’t really done a lot of that lately. \u00a0I know that I have my instagram feed in the top right side of the page – but I think pictures in posts help to liven things up a bit. \u00a0Adding anything to a post now-a-days is so easy. \u00a0Wordpress is by far the best blogging tool I have ever used & the latest updates are superb!<\/p>\n

Last but not least.. I have been an active eBay user for 10 to 11 years now. \u00a0I’ve slowly but surely gotten to 100 feed backs. \u00a0Big deal? \u00a0Eh. \u00a0It was to me. \u00a0They even sent me an email\u00a0congratulating\u00a0me. \u00a0Now if you are one of those people with 1000’s of feedback this is probably not a big deal to you at all. \u00a0However it took me 10+ years to reach this accomplishment. \u00a0haha<\/p>\n

That’s right. \u00a0I was a regular blue star, now I’m a Turquoise star. \u00a0If you are curious about the stars\/reputations, I found a link that gives the low down. \u00a0I’ve posted it here<\/a>. \u00a0I suppose\u00a0that’s\u00a0all I have for now.<\/p>\n

P.S. \u00a0I have been surprised to find that a lot of people agree that\u00a0Facebook\u00a0tends to deteriorate people’s social interactions with friends\/family- yet most people say that they are too addicted to stop using it. \u00a0They either need the gossip or want to use it as yet another distraction to get their minds off of things. \u00a0Obviously\u00a0this doesn’t go for everyone – just most of the people I have spoken with and\/or articles I have read. \u00a0(I only thought of bringing this up because of FB’s latest “improvement” that will keep people hooked into their website even more than before.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
