I felt like I was on the verge of death.<\/p>\n
It felt as though death itself literally walked into my room and was trying to kill me. I may have mistaken it for having actually been a severe virus+stomach flu that was sweeping through the house. But seriously? I haven’t felt that sick before in my life.<\/p>\n
Consistently going through these feelings: ice cold, aching, sick to the stomach, pains in the back, vomiting and diarrhea (many times simultaneously), hot sweats, total weakness and severe headaches bordering on migraine levels.<\/p>\n
At some of the worst times I’d sleep on the bathroom floor just so I wouldn’t have to get up and go in once again (I knew it was coming). At another point the pain was bad enough I started to get lockjaw and had to find something other than the pain\/sickness to focus on.<\/p>\n
Ick! After about 30 hours of doing that every hour or so it finally started to subside.<\/p>\n
My dad, Sky, Willie and myself all got the same thing. All agreed (Sky and my dad) that it was the worst thing they’ve experienced. The only one to survive without getting the plague was my mom. Instead she took care of us.<\/p>\n
It took 48 hours after it started for us to start eating again.<\/p>\n
72 hours later I could eat regular meals but still had an uneasy stomach and a bad headache.<\/p>\n
96 hours later I am almost all better minus a smaller headache and a queasy stomach but still with notably less energy than before. I also am still getting drained with simple tasks.<\/p>\n
Wow.<\/p>\n
So bad. I don’t pray what I had on ANYONE. I thought I should have went to the doctor but with no money you really have no options.<\/p>\n
Here is to a better November and feeling better the rest of the year!<\/p>\n
