Hey there,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s that time again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Better grab your balloons and invite your friends… that’s right. It’s spring!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with the time change comes a beautiful part of the year, the blossoming of trees. Each year, we take a trip down to Salem to get a glimpse of some of the life that explodes across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They even have an evening where they light it up for all to see- we typically try to see this as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day? It was a beautiful, cool day, unlike quite a few others when it had already been getting warm outside. It was in the high 50’s during the day and into the high 30’s at night. The day started with a rain shower, then the sky cleared, and the day took shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It simply doesn’t disappoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After leaving the area for a bit and letting the kids play at a nearby park, we returned for the evening event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We didn’t have to stroll around very long before the sun hid behind the horizon, and we could enjoy the views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We took a bunch of photos of the kids. We even got a good selfie of the family- something that we have now been doing every year for the past 6 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
